Hi David,
No encryption that I can think of, and the license is a BSD-type. That's
the case for the original XDoclet, at least, though that's not really been
maintained for years now. I haven't been much involved in the newer
XDoclet-2 stuff on codehaus.org, so couldn't really say about that.
Haven't heard of an ECCS or CCATS, don't think we have them over here in
Europe... I don't recall there ever being any mention on the mailing lists,
and since most of the biggest contributors on the project were non-US I
doubt there is one.
Hope this helps,
Andy

Subject: FW: XDocLet Export Information
Hello,
I just wanted to follow up with you about XDocLet. I am currently
conducting research on certain pieces of software and I have some
questions about XDocLet. What I need to know for this product is:
1. Does this software contain encryption? (If NO the skip to #4)
2. How many bits is the encryption (e.g. 32, 56, 64, 128)?
3. Do you have an Export Control Classification Number for the
product?
4. I would appreciate it if you would reply with a confirmation for
our records.
Thank you again for your time.

Subject: XDocLet Export Information
Hello,
I work in the Offshore Compliance and Enablement Office at AT&T and have
identified that XDocLet may be needed to support AT&T work that may be
sent offshore. As part of our export control we need to obtain the
following legal information for XDocLet:
ECCN - (Export control classification number)
CCATS - (Commodity classification automated tracking system)
EULA - (End user license agreement)
Please let me know if can provide this information.
Thanks! - your help is appreciated
